We’re confident you’ll be happy with your order from Dacha Furniture, however if you change your mind, you can return your order up to 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unbuilt, unused and in their original condition and unopened packaging
- You must have proof of purchase such as the receipt
- Please note some items that can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons such as mattresses
- Custom made furniture and custom size mattresses cannot be returned
You’ll be refunded within 14 days of us/the manufacturer receiving the returned items, minus any carriage costs. These conditions do not affect your statutory right in the case of faulty goods.
